Yo, what's going on everyone? This is Kevin from Home Game Poker, and in this video, I'm going to show you the best tool to go ahead and track your home games. This is our app right here, Home Game Poker. You might have seen it on the channel before. Before I even show you anything on the app, what I want to show you is what we set up outside of the app. So, uh you know, people don't have to download the app. This is mainly a host tool. On these Co-Op cards right here, these are not your normal cards. Watch what we can do. All I have to do is tap my phone on it. Go straight to this link over here. And then you can see all of our standings are loaded. I have a card right here on our Co-Op cards. So, if I just open it up, you can see these are brand new cards. I just got these. I just got these the other day. Uh but what I have set up on here on the back of it is an NFC tag. And all you need to do with an NFC tag is you just need to put a link on it, and then you can just tap your phone. So, you can see I can put it right there, it picks up. So, imagine uh you're hosting a poker game, everybody wants to know how they're doing. You just set it up right there, and then you're good to go. That's the first thing that we do outside of the app. If anyone's curious how I set that up, if you're using Home Game Poker, just let me know, and I'll show you how to set it up. But over here, we've done a lot of new things on the app. On the standings page over here, you can see we track all the games. And that link that I just programmed, if you were to get it from Home Game Poker, you just click share standings with group, and then you're able to grab it right here from the messages. Just copy that link and put it on the tag. First thing I want to show you is uh there's just so many new things to get into. Let's just go into create a new game. Now, on this screen over here, you can see these are all the previous games we've played. I've tracked over 50 sessions on here. And one thing that makes this app super fast is obviously when you're hosting a home poker game, you don't want to spend so much time in the app that it just makes it so inconvenient. So, we actually save whatever you did on the last game. Say you play with the same group of people, the same stakes, all you need to do is create a new game, and you can see all of this is already inputted for you from the last game. Cuz for the most part, you're going to be playing with the same people. And if anything needs to change on this screen over here, where all the players are added, if you need to remove a player, just remove them. And if If to add new ones, just add new ones. You can also create them from up here. And uh this is a new feature I added because if you guys watch my old videos, you saw that the rebuys were always the amount of the buy-in, right? So, you tap a button and rebuy. But, I understand that some games, people buy in for different amounts. So, before you start the game, if you need to switch someone's rebuy, you can just go ahead type it in right here, right? Let's say this person's going to buy in for a 100. Just put that in right there and then create the game. Now, you don't have to go through this menu and go ahead add everyone in manually. Now, scrolling down over here, you can see that I added a custom rebuy button. And what this is is I understand that some games, you know, maybe you're doing match the stack and people don't buy back in for the original buy-in. So, in here, you can just go ahead put whatever amount you want and it'll go ahead update on their card. You can see it just updated right there. And if you ever make a mistake, right? Let's say you accidentally put in a rebuy, you can just click the settings, manage buy-in, and you can just delete the last one you did right there. Now, what's really cool about this app is if we turn it off, uh you can see we've got live activities on here. So, you can see, I don't know if you can see it very well, but it'll show you the exact timestamp from the rebuys, how many players you have, the total pot, total entries, um all that's updated on there. And if we go down here, this is also a new feature I added. This is something that I do in my games, and we have a timer. So, usually we'll play crazy pineapple, some people do bomb pots, double board PLO, whatever it is. You could just set the timer right here, and you can switch it from 30 minutes to whatever you want. I'll just put a minute on here so we can go ahead test it out. Just click allow on the alarm, and when you close the screen, go back over here, it'll actually put it on your uh lock screen how much longer you have for the next bomb pot or whatever. So, I'm going to let that run right there, and then uh once the alarm goes off, you'll see it right here. There's also this feature, this game expense. So, on game expense, this is if you want to have any kind of dealer fee, uh any kind of food, whatever fee that you have in your game, you can go ahead input the amount, and all of it will get paid back to the host. Now, the only way this feature works is if you turn on bank mode. So, on the create a game feature, bank mode is pretty much everybody pays for their chips when they buy back in. So, by default, it's on a peer-to-peer, which means this person owes this person, this person owes this person, but if you turn bank mode on, everyone pays you for the chips, and then at the end, the bank pays out everyone. Oh, there's the alarm. There will be a new feature for bank mode, though, where people will pay the bank at the end, right? So, if you still want to do everything through a bank, right? People don't have to buy the chips as soon as they buy in. If you want to just do the payouts at the end, like this person owes the bank this much, and then the bank distributes from there. That will be added in our next update, so keep a look out on Instagram. I'll be posting it over there. Then, obviously, down here we've got the share link, and then we've got all the different buy-ins that happened throughout the night. One thing we changed on here is we put the timestamp. It used to be this person bought in an hour ago, 2 hours ago, but we wanted to put the exact timestamp, so people know when when they bought in. But, let's go ahead and end the game, cuz this is also something that we changed right here. We'll just click end game. This is typically the end of the night, right? Everyone's going to call it, then we got to count up the chips. We also did an improvement on this menu to make it really easy to input the chips. On here, you can just select whichever player you want, and then go ahead and add their chips. It also tells you at the top how much is in the pot. Uh this is just to make sure everything is settled up correctly. So, right here, let's just put 100, save and go next, put zero, save and next, and if you want to go to someone else, you can just exit out of there and click their name. But, on this one, this is the last one, so you can see down here it says we have 125 left to enter, so that'll go ahead and settle up the pot. Oh, I missed one up here. Okay. Now, we're balanced. So, we finished the game, and then right here, since I turned on bank mode for me, I'll be doing the payouts. So, typically, when I have bank mode on, people will pay me in cash, people will uh cash out me Venmo, Zelle, whatever it is, every time they get a buy-in, and then at the end of the night, I just open up this menu, and it's pretty simple. It just tells me who I owe money to. So, I owe this player money, I owe this player money. You can also send it to the group chat as is right here. So, if you want to send it to the group chat, just I owe these players money, you can just send it straight through there. But, in this case, let's say I pay everyone, Marcus paid, Marcus paid, finish game, and then you've got the final results. Now, the cool thing about the final results, too, is there's also a share button for iMessage, and it's got all the details you'd want to share. So, it's got the name of the game, it's got the stakes you played, the total pot, the winners and losers, right? It's got the medals for top three, all-time standings link, so the same link that you saw on here on the Copags, got that same link on there, and then you can just send it through there. Now, this will go at update, and if you want, just click go back to standings, and it'll take you to the standings. And we got this graph over here. If you want to compare players you played with, you can just look at the graph right here. You can hold, see how everyone is doing. And this is just the all-time stats right here. We've got the insights as well. So, if you want to look at it game by game for each player, like let's say if we go to a player right here, you can see their total amount, their biggest win, biggest loss, the average per game, current win streak, biggest month, worst month. Look at their graph through here, month, year. So, you've got all those features. And I didn't even touch on the tournament mode. So, now let's go ahead and dive into the tournament mode, and this is something that I want feedback from everyone. So, right here, you've got the tournament menu, you can do a cash game or a tournament. So, on tournament, let's just go ahead and put the location. I put this feature in mainly for myself. Right here, you can see use cash game chips. This is just for me cuz look, I mean, I've got a thousand of these chips, right? I could go buy a tournament set, but I mean, I've got I've got cash game chips, I don't mind. I'm not worried about people, you know, taking cash game chips, putting them in, and inflating their own stack. I'm not worried about that in my group. But, this just to be transparent, this is just mainly a feature for me. If you've got tournament chips, you can just leave this off, and then switch the starting chips right here, right? So, you can do 10K, 15K, 20K, custom, whatever you want. Then we've got the re-entry window. So, this is for people to buy back in. You can select, you know, they can get up to a level one, level two, level three, how many rebuys you can do, one, two, three, unlimited, or you could just do a closed game, so no rebuys. Side games over here, if you want to do a bounty tournament, just input the the price per player on the bounty. You can just do that right there. There are also some other ones right here. And then for the payout structure, can do winner takes all, top two, top three, top three flatter, so a little bit more even, final table nine players. Then down here we've got the blind structure. So, we've got the level duration, how long each level's going to be. You can do turbo, deep stack, standard. It's got some presets on there, but if you want to customize it yourself, you can go to customize levels and open it up through here. There's also the feature for tournament breaks. So, you can have it every level, every two levels, every three, every four, or none. And then again, when you run these tournament modes, this will get saved for your next tournament. So, if you just run the same kind of tournament, you don't have to worry about going to this menu every single time. Bank mode, obviously, will be if the bank wants to go and do the payouts at the end. Or if you do it like this, it'll be peer-to-peer. So, I'll just show you the peer-to-peer for now cuz I showed you bank mode last time. Then on this screen right here, you can select the players. So, let's just select a couple of these right here. This is going to be our tournament. Uh we can also do seat draw. So, if you want to do a seat draw, it's perfectly fine. We usually just redraw a couple times and then save the seat assignment. Create the tournament. And uh this one is really cool, too. So, let's just start it right here. Uh obviously, once you're ready, you'll click start and then the tournament will be off. So now, uh we've got the tournament going over here. You can do eliminations. If I turn off my phone, you can see that we've got the tournament timer right here. So, it tells us when the next what the next level is going to be as far as blinds, what the current level is, and then how much time we have until the level ends. So, you don't actually have to open up your phone to check tournament. So, let me go back in here. Now, we've got the tournament right here. You can pause it, next level. You can share the live game as well. Right now, we've got it on winner takes all. We've got the blind structure down here, duration of the levels, and then the recent activity. So, let's say on this one since it's winner take all, let's just go ahead and eliminate everyone. And since we did the bounty, uh it goes ahead and lets us know this. So, who eliminated this player? We just select the person and then the bounty gets collected there as well. So, at the end, you'll see that. So, let's just go and eliminate this. Select who eliminated them. And then now that we have only one player left, we can go ahead and end the tournament. So, we just click end tournament right here. And then here's the payouts. So, this is the peer-to-peer. Now, because it's winner takes all, it's actually pretty simple, you know, all the players pay the main winner. So, it's actually I probably should have done top two or top three so you can see what the different structures would look like, but on this one you just mark everyone as paid. Go to finish game. And then you can see the results right here. You can also share this to your group as well. I got a message right here. It's got the all-time standings, who won the tournament, total pot, everything like that. Now, if we go to standings, you can actually filter this by all-time, cash, and tournaments. Right? So, you can filter your tournament results, you can filter your cash, and then you can filter all. Right? So, you got that right here. And just to show you, I'm going to go to this last game over here. I'm going to delete it. And if we go to tournaments, you're going to see that nothing is over there. So, let's go to tournaments, you see nothing's there. We just deleted the game. So, let me just go right here. I'll just delete these other games. There's also this feature over here called import game. So, if you get on the app and you want let's say you have a CSV or something or you have a couple games that you've recorded and you want to go ahead link everything up, you can just go to the import game feature right there at the top. So, I'll just show you again. Import game. You've got the imported game. You just select the date right here. In person, online, you can put the stakes, put the buy-in, put a location. And again, on standings, this will actually track the like how you do per location. Add a new location, and then you can add the players. If you need to add a new player, just type in the name, and then click add. But you can just type in the players. And the way this works is it doesn't the balance doesn't have to end up at zero. Cuz say for example, you're playing with another host. Let's say it's three of you, right? All of you are friends, you go to another game, and it's maybe 10 of them over there. You don't really play there too often, you just want to track your own results. You can just save your profit and loss. So, say my profit was 50, this guy lost 100, this guy lost 200. We can go ahead and save the imported game and it saves right up here. You can see imported game. Then if we go to standings again, you know, this all links up together so it's all going to reflect. You can see my profit right there is 815. If I go back over here and delete the game you can see it changes right there. So yeah, I'm just going to delete this one right here. This is the most accurate standings so these are all the games that we've played and this is what it currently looks like right now. And yeah, I mean we're just going to keep working on these updates. We got a lot going on with the app, got a lot of users on there and for those of you that are interested I probably should have mentioned this a lot earlier but we're also on the Google Play Store.
